In years gone by, many people would have looked at sex work as taboo, and had all these connotations in their mind that sex work meant standing in a window in Amsterdam’s red-light district! However, in recent years, the sex work industry has been revolutionised in a way that has allowed normal, hard-working people to make huge profits from their bodies ONLINE, safely, and in complete control of their business.

In 2020, companies such as OnlyFans and AdmireMe BOOMED, joining creators who were using premium social media accounts such as premium Snapchats and webcamming as potentially huge income sources for millions of content creators around the world!

And that’s where Snexwork came in…

With the industry having taken a complete turn towards the mainstream, and MILLIONS of new creators deciding they wanted a slice of the growing market, we noticed that there was a complete lack of advice and guidance available online to help creators achieve success in the industry, whilst most importantly – staying SAFE!

To combat this, we decided to start publishing articles to answer some of the industry’s most common issues that we were noticing being asked in our Facebook group (which was the biggest sex worker advice group on Facebook before it was deleted by Zuckerberg and his crew for breaching their terms on sexually suggestive content!)

And so our own online community for sex workers was born…

Since Facebook was forever deleting content from our group (before they deleted the group itself), we knew that Facebook was not the place for such a community to thrive and grow. What use is a group for sex work advice if you can’t link to your profiles, can’t say certain words, can’t post screenshots of your platforms, heck, can’t even post pictures in bikinis?!

It’s no use – so we knew we needed to create our own social media platform specifically for sex workers. One where you can post nudity. One where you can say anything (within reason, of course). And one where you meet other creators from all different types of platforms, with one common aim – to crush within the industry and MAKE MONEY!
